To Be Weightless

I want to talk about ballet. Does anyone else here take ballet? Lately, I've been so completely inspired by ballet. I watch pointe floor work videos on youtube and I can't get enough of them. Basically, I want to lose these 10 lb so I can be lighter and better in ballet. My thighs are too chunky. Gotta tone down. I mean, I probably won't ever make it to pointe level, but it's nice to try. I want to be graceful, flawless, light, weightless. I've started 246. My mother has bought 2 loaves of cinnamon raisin bread because she knows I binge on it. I have to try so hard to avoid it. I'm trying. I'm avoiding food. Why? Because I need to lose 10 lb, that's why! NEED. Christmas is less than 30 days away. I recently found a texting buddy, and she told me that if I stick to 246 and add in some exercise, I can lose 10 lb in 20 days! She lost 15 lb in two weeks on 256. To be completely honest, I am so perfectly capable of that. So here we go. I'll avoid food all day today. Gonna weigh in tomorrow morning, tomorrow night, repeat until Christmas. I can't eat because I have 10 lb to lose.
Be strong, and stay strong. Always. That's it. Gotta study for a major psychology test, now! BY THE WAY: I want to thank everyone who commented on the previous post. Your comments mean the world me. xo

  1. Beautiful thinspo. I have two left feet but I envy those with the talent.
I don't know exactly what the 246 diet is, but it sounds awesome. What is a typical day on this plan like?
Can't wait to read of your progress!

  2. People used to ask if I was a ballet dancer when I was growing up, as I naturally stand in a few positions/do some basic basllet exercises while fidgeting, and I have never taken a class. One day I hope to take an adult class. I'm now only comfortable enough to consider it, but I don't have the time.

Good luck on your goal. <3 I really need to get a texting buddy. I've had a few but we've lost touch.

  7. I learned the basics of ballet in my school's dance classes and it was quite fun. It's just so beautiful and eloquent. I want to lose 10lbs, more would be better, before my school's winter ball in less than two weeks... ugh, but I've been binging so much, I'm desperate to lose any pounds at all... sigh, I wish you the best of luck!

  8. I love ballet. It really is beautiful. I did it when I was younger and now curse myself for not doing it anymore as it probably would have helped me stay smaller. Anyways, you sound really dedicated!

Also, are you just doing 246 or are you doing 0246 just because you said you were fasting. I would love to try that but I work out sooo much. But I think I'm going to to try doing that at least from december 9th or 10th until the 17th or 18th. I'm so not looking forward to christmas and all the excess calories I will binge on.

But stay strong you will get to thin. We all will!

keep on going, girl. you can be under 100 at christmas!

    Love,

  10. Love the thinspo.
I don't take Ballet, but my best friend does, and she's 101 pounds and not even anoretic.
She's so thinspiring though. Ah, I want a texting buddy so bad. Hope that helps you! Good luck on the diet. I know you can do it.
    Stay Superstrong <3

  12. Should've been able to guess you were a dancer from your profile pic - those long elegant limbs at 5'4". I swam competitively while friends took ballet or gymnastics. I'm too awkward on land for that expressive grace.

If it's any consolation, I've usually found it easier to avoid bingeing on foods I like than don't, though that seems maddening. You're aware of your triggers, you've mentally prepared, and there's a bit of healthy fear about it all. I get caught off guard by M&M's or potato chips, foods I don't eat enough to know when not to trust myself around them. You know you've come to far to give in to cinnamon bread. Cinnamon on apple slices taste just as good. You'll get there.
