All Talk, No Action

I just feel so fat. Too fat. So unworthy. So disgusting. It has gotten to a point where I don't know what do to with myself. I don't want to fail. I always try. I never give up. But I need to figure things out. I need to lose 3 lb. For starters. My comments/posting may be lacking for a while. I'll be back once I am consistently losing weight. Once I figure this out. It's stupid to keep writing about trying to lose weight. All talk, no action. I need to change that. I am madly in love with you all. xo

  2. Oh darling, I've spent so long in the space you're in. It's difficult and so frustrating. But here's my advice - it will happen naturally, one of these days you'll just fall back into a pattern of barely eating, and your weight will drop without you even thinking about it, it will just feel right.

    One of the things I've learnt over the past year is that, although you can't force it, it will happen.

    What I'm saying is, be patient darling, and go easy on yourself.

  3. trying is the most important thing. even if you're not - even if you're gaining like crazy and just need to vent - we're always always ALWAYS here for you and so happy to read whatever news you have and give you support. but i understand time if you need time to refresh and get going again. best of luck darling xx

  5. I echo Adeline exactly (when is she ever wrong?) - it's so true. It feels like weight loss is so tied in with emotion, that however much it is just science i.e. eat less, move more, when you stop trying so hard sometimes it just happens.

    I don't know what works for you, but try to find a new way - the way you were before is going to always be hard to maintain, plus your body will have changed over the last few years.

    I love you, you're going to get there! Try to relax and take some time out for you, not your weight xxxx

    You're supposed to start on monday so the red days are weekends, if you go over the limit you HAVE to exercise it off, but you don't count fruits and veggies in that.
